Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders at Pine Grove Healthcare Center in Geneva, Ohio. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification.

Prior experience is preferred, and the position is PRN daytime. We are a therapist-led organization dedicated to high-quality patient care and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
