Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join Rehab In Motion’s expansion in Tarboro, NC. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexibility in scheduling, and clinical autonomy to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and ASHA CCC. Experience in geriatrics or outpatient settings is preferred, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based therapy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• State license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; binary lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
