Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Sleep Medicine Physician for the largest sleep program in Colorado at our Rock Creek Medical Office in Lafayette.

Pay range: minimum $305,033.00 and maximum $358,863.00. *Salary will be based on years of experience and FTE.
