Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking a Shower Aide to provide compassionate personal care to residents, following the shower schedule and assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. You will work within a family-oriented team that values support and resident well-being.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with residents and staff, and timely reporting of changes to nurses.

Formación

• One year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state CNA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Following the shower schedule, provide residents with showers
• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
