Job summary

Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is looking for a Shower Aide to support residents with bathing, grooming, and daily activities. You will follow a shower schedule, assist with feeding, dressing, and ambulation, and report changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Following the shower schedule, provide residents with showers.
• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

Shower Aides are responsible for the following:

• Following the shower schedule, provide residents with showers
