Job summary

RMC - CLEARFIELD OPERATING LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Shower Aide to provide resident care in a long-term care setting. You will support nurses and med techs, assist with activities of daily living, and support dining services and documentation per care plans.

The role emphasizes infection control, patient dignity, and adherence to facility policies. CPR/BLS and a Food Handler Permit are required, with a shift from 6a–6p as a full-time Shower Aide.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and transport as needed.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake and resident weight changes per policy.
• Report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff and supervisor.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in QA activities.
