Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant is seeking PRN Safety Associates to join our Facilities team in Ellicott City, MD. Shifts run Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-12:00am, with coverage as needed.

As a Safety Associate, you will perform rounds, respond to emergencies, operate safety equipment, document conditions, and help keep exits clear and systems functional. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Complete building rounds inside and outside as scheduled.
• Respond to emergencies and assist nursing staff as directed.
• Operate safety devices (e.g., Raizer Lift, AED) and report concerns.
• Document safety checks and repair needs; report unsafe conditions.
• Conduct monthly fire drills and maintain emergency systems.
• Transport staff or residents within campus as needed.
• Monitor and maintain video surveillance; ensure incident reporting.
