Touching Hearts at Home in the Greater Charlotte area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for PRN clinical oversight, supporting clients, families, and caregivers in their homes.

This role focuses on relationship-based care without the demands of traditional bedside nursing, offering flexible PRN scheduling and potential advancement into clinical leadership as the agency grows.

Formación

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory.
• Home care, geriatrics, hospice, case management, or community-based nursing experience is preferred—but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Complete supervisory visits to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Train, coach, and support caregivers in delivering exceptional care.
• Monitor client well-being and communicate changes appropriately.
• Educate clients and families while serving as a trusted clinical resource.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to improve quality, caregiver performance, and client outcomes.
• Provide clinical guidance and support when needed.
