Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in‑home clinical oversight and caregiver support across the Greater Charlotte area on a PRN basis. This role focuses on relationship‑based care, flexible scheduling, travel within an assigned territory, and potential growth into clinical leadership as the agency expands.

You will conduct in‑home assessments, supervise care, educate families, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with leadership to improve client

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Complete supervisory visits to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Train, coach, and support caregivers in delivering exceptional care.
• Monitor client well-being and communicate changes appropriately.
• Educate clients and families while serving as a trusted clinical resource.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to improve quality, caregiver performance, and client outcomes.
• Provide clinical guidance and support when needed.

We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis, providing clinical oversight and support to our clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Greater Charlotte area.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license


• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory


• Home care, geriatrics, hospice, case management, or community-based nursing experience is preferred—but not required
