Job summary

ExcelCare At Wayne is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold clinical excellence and resident well-being.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance, with a starting wage of $40 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
