Job summary

Crossover Health in Bellevue, WA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary care team. The RN will deliver direct patient care, participate in care coordination, and contribute to our proactive, prevention-focused Primary Health model.

You will perform phlebotomy, in-house labs, and triage, supporting a seamless patient experience and quality improvement initiatives while embracing new health technologies and workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state you are practicing.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education.
• Perform phlebotomy and in-house labs with provider guidance.
• Coordinate care with specialists and follow up with patients.
• Triage and route patients appropriately by phone or walk-ins.
• Support population health initiatives and quality improvements.
• Train and onboard new nurses and participate in policy adherence.
