Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking an RN for the Outpatient Surgery unit in South Carolina. This PRN role offers 12-hour shifts and the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality surgical recovery program within a large health system.

The ideal candidate holds SC RN licensure and has prior experience in outpatient or perioperative nursing, with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. CPI training will be completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current South Carolina nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (upon hire); CPI training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in outpatient surgery setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Demonstrate clinical competencies in postoperative nursing and recovery.
