Job summary

Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate South Carolina region seeks a PRN RN or LPN to support day center members with high-quality care. This role spans Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

The RN/LPN will administer medications per MD orders, monitor health changes, maintain records, and collaborate with the day center team to support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid, current South Carolina nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably with seniors or adults with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members.

Responsibilities

• Provide member care, including administering medications and nursing treatments per MD orders.
• Monitor members health and communicate changes to Administrator/Family as needed.
• Assist with maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records.
