The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation in Anderson, SC, is responsible for delivering high-quality member care as needed. You will work with the day center team to support the well-being of members.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, with no holidays, nights, or weekends. Candidates must have a valid South Carolina RN license and at least one year of experience. Join us to make a difference in community health.

Job Summary

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN or Part‑time, Monday‑Friday role in Anderson, SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide member care, including administering medications and nursing treatments to those with MD order.
• Monitor members’ health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator.
• Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.

Requirements

• Valid and current registered nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation & Benefits

As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive a competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Monday‑Friday. No holidays, nights, weekends or on‑call. Hours flexible 9 am‑2 pm.
