Job summary

Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate South Carolina region seeks a PRN RN or LPN to support day center members with high-quality care. This role spans Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

The RN/LPN will administer medications per MD orders, monitor health changes, maintain records, and collaborate with the day center team to support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid, current South Carolina nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably with seniors or adults with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members.

Job Summary

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday-Friday role in our Coastal South Carolina region. The region covers: Conway, Loris, Georgetown.

Responsibilities

• Provide member care, including administering medications & nursing treatments to those with MD order.
• Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Family as needed.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records.

Requirements

• Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed.
