Job summary

TruHeart Home Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care in Pauls Valley, OK and surrounding areas. You will follow a Plan of Care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active Oklahoma RN license, CPR, and the ability to drive to patients' homes. Prior home health or hospital experience is preferred, with flexibility for PRN shifts and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One or more years in home health or hospital setting.
• Current Oklahoma RN license and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed nursing care in patients' homes.
• Follow Plan of Care and physician orders.
• Conduct physical assessments and vital signs.
• Develop and implement written Plan of Care with patients.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per policy.
• Document patient status and interventions in charting.
• Coordinate with families and physicians for quality care.
• Meet admission, transfer, and discharge requirements.
