Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) in Yakima, WA. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support nursing teams in a clinical setting. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and requires strong communication and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory meetings/training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel.
