Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse for Home Health in Fort Worth, TX. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and provide nursing care per care plans and physician orders.

Role involves protecting privacy, documenting changes, and educating patients and families. Travel between patient homes is required; lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed. Comprehensive benefits and scheduling available.

Competenze

• Current RN license in the state.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, AS, or BSN).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and travel to patient homes.
