Job summary

Elara Caring is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health in Texas to deliver high-quality nursing care in the home setting. You will conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, implement plans of care, and educate patients and families on care and safety while protecting privacy according to HIPAA.

The role includes traveling between patient homes, lifting up to 50 pounds, and coordinating with the care team to monitor conditions and respond to changes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
