Job summary

Home&Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Casper, WY. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, allowing them to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, coordinating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming RN license required.
• Per diem availability and flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in patients' homes.
