Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to behavioral health children and adolescents.
• Regularly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each resident's care and produce a nursing assessment and care plan.
• Develop measurable goals on the multidisciplinary treatment plan with the treatment team and resident.
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment that protects residents' rights.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families and staff.
