Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking an RN for a PRN/on-call role across varying shifts. You will deliver individualized nursing care, collaborate with residents, families and the care team, and coordinate assessments, planning, and interventions.

The position requires MN RN licensure and adherence to state practice standards. PRN status includes weekend/holiday rotation and incentive pay for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure per NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
