Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN, on-call shifts across multiple schedules. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, care planning, execution, and interdisciplinary coordination to support residents' health across all care phases.

Qualified candidates must hold an MN RN license, be eligible for multistate licensure, and meet state requirements; Bachelor's degree preferred. A drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an RN license in Minnesota and eligibility for multistate licensure (NLC).
• Complies with Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and ensure safe, effective nursing interventions.
