Adventist Home Health and Hospice in Austin, TX is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team. This per-visit role offers schedule control while delivering hands-on patient care in patients' homes.

You will develop individualized care plans, work independently with a supportive clinical team, and communicate effectively for patient wellbeing. Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Competenze

• RN license in Texas required.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans for home health and hospice patients
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient condition and report findings promptly
• Maintain accurate, timely records of patient care and discuss observations with your supervisor
• Accept PRN visits based on your own availability
