Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work in varied home settings and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments in patients' homes.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information and medication lists.
• Evaluate functional independence and ADL/IADL capabilities.
