Responsibilities

• Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients’ condition.
• Coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Instructs individuals and groups on health education and disease prevention.
