About This Role

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.

Experience:

• 2+ years of recent related nursing experience for external candidates.
• Internal candidates with less than 2 years of experience may be considered with CNO level review and approval.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
