As an RN, you will oversee nursing staff, administer medications, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and friendly environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in NE required.
• Strong clinical knowledge with decision-making.
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and supervise team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document health status, vital signs, and progress.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to deliver care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
