About This Role

The PRN RN in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) at Cleveland Clinic provides exceptional nursing care, assisting patients from initial introduction to final send-off. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgery environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical nursing in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Assess patient care needs and plan the delivery of care.
• Process patients through the ASC.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience:

• One year of clinical experience as an RN in a perioperative or critical care setting OR three years of experience as a Surgical Technician

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) within six months of hire
