Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in West Whiteland Township. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and adolescents with behavioral health needs.

You will provide clinical treatment, educational instruction, and behavioral interventions in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Programs. The position features flexible scheduling with a pay of $44 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma or A.D.
• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• One year of post-education nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Programs (PRTF) for adolescent females and males with a Behavioral Health and/or IDD/Autism diagnoses at our West Chester, PA location. Our programs provide clinical treatment, educational instruction and behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders.

You will provide clinical treatment, educational instruction, and behavioral interventions to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges.

You will be offered:

• RN PRN Pay: $44 / hour
• PRN Work Requirement: 4 shifts/month + 1 Summer and 1 Winter Holiday
  • 2 shifts MUST be on the Weekend [7am Friday- 7am Monday]

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma or A.D. Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

EXPERIENCE: One year of post-education nursing experience preferred. Candidates should have experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
