HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a Per Diem/PRN RN Admin House Supervisor to lead nursing operations on a high-acuity unit. You will ensure safe patient care, coordinate patient flow, and mentor nursing staff during your shift.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a nursing diploma or ASN (BSN preferred), and at least two years of hospital experience with supervisory responsibilities. ACLS/BLS are required, with emphasis on critical thinking and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Florida RN licensure required; compact license acceptable with FL activation within 60 days.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years hospital experience with supervisory/management exposure.
