Job summary

HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a House Supervisor Registered Nurse for our Nursing Administrative Team. You will provide clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care in a high acuity environment during your shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care and hospital operations, supervising staff, and delivering patient-centered care. A Florida RN license and 2 years RN experience with 1 year in leadership are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure or compact licensure; active FL RN within 60 days if compact.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions; strong PC skills; knowledge of regulatory standards (State, Federal, and JCAHO).
