Job summary

Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions seeks a Retail Pharmacist for a community health center. The role involves dispensing medications, immunizations, patient counseling, and management of high-risk patients in a company-owned retail contract pharmacy.

Schedule is PRN up to 10 hours/week with specific hours; immunization certification or eligibility required within 90 days. Prior retail pharmacy experience and MI license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Pharmacy license in good standing in MI.
• 2–4 years related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Immunization Certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and ensure safe, efficient delivery to customers.
• Maintain open communication with customers and practitioner sites for consultation.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate workflow.
• Ensure 340B contract pharmacy compliance with best practices.
• Provide professional consultation to patients and prescribers.
• Complete operational requirements by verifying orders, charges, and inspections.
