Job summary

Roshal Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for W2 hourly PRN placement with flexible scheduling. The RT will assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions, collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver individualized therapy.

Responsibilities include spirometry testing, patient education on inhalers and nebulizers, albuterol administration, and comprehensive pre-/post-testing.

Qualifications

• Licensure required for Respiratory Therapist (RT) or RRT.
• NBRC certification or CPFT preferred.
• AARC Office Spirometry Certificate accepted.
• Available on occasional weekdays; weekends not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pulmonary Function Screenings using spirometry to assess lung function.
• Educate patients on inhalers, nebulizers, and medication administration.
• Administer respiratory treatments, including albuterol.
• Perform pre- and post-pulmonary function testing and other diagnostics.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with pulmonology and care teams.
• Maintain patient safety and a clean clinical environment.
