113 Wilkes Regional Medical Center Hospital Operating Corporation is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for PRN/as-needed coverage at Wilkes Medical Center, Wilkes, NC. The role requires NBRC registry and NC licensure as an RCP, with BLS; pediatric and adult certifications within 90 days of employment.

You'll provide respiratory therapies, manage ventilation support, and perform monitoring while adhering to age-appropriate care guidelines and hospital policies.

Formación

• Must be Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and NC license to practice as an RCP.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS and NRP required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required within 90 days of employment.
• AMA approved respiratory care program or NBRC eligibility criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory therapies following age-appropriate standards and policies.
• Initiate and maintain mechanical ventilation and airway support.
• Report routine clinical procedures to relief personnel for continuity of care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide invasive and non-invasive monitoring for patient safety and care quality.
• Maintain professional knowledge and contribute to quality improvements.
