Job summary

Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas County seeks a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join its team. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, hold BLS and ACLS, and obtain NRP/PALS within 1 year of hire. Texas license as an RCP and NBRC registration are required, with 6 months of prior experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• NRP, PALS — must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.
