Job summary

Methodist Charlton Medical Center is seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols.

The position requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, active Texas license, BLS/ACLS, and must obtain NRP/PALS within 1 year of hire. Experience in a fast-paced hospital setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• NRP/PALS must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
