Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our fast-paced team. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, hold BLS and ACLS, and be licensed and registered in Texas with NBRC credentials; NRP/pediatric ACLS to be obtained within a year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required.
• NRP and Pediatric ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
