Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in Midlothian, Texas, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist PRN to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and established protocols.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited Respiratory Care Program, hold current BLS and ACLS, and be licensed in Texas with NBRC registration and at least 6 months of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NRP or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Texas license as Respiratory Care Practitioner in good standing.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
