Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing.

You must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program, hold BLS and ACLS, and obtain NRP/PALS within a year. Texas license and NBRC registration are required, with a minimum of six months’ experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.
