Advantra Health is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a PRN opportunity in Portland, Oregon. You will provide respiratory care to patients and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to support quality patient care.

The role requires an RT license and preferred 2–15 years of experience, with strong clinical assessment and communication abilities in a fast-paced hospital setting. Pediatric experience is a plus. Per diem daytime shift with pay rate $53/hour.

Qualificações

• Current Respiratory Therapist license and credentials.
• 2–15 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care and treatment based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and monitor their status.
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and treatments.
• Administer oxygen and other respiratory therapies as ordered.
• Monitor patients' response to respiratory treatments.
• Assist with airway management and other respiratory care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital protocols.
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
