Medical City Surgical Hospital Alliance, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Fort Worth area. You’ll provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care across emergency, critical care and acute settings, with access to advanced equipment and mentorship.

You’ll support patients and families, help stabilize newborns when needed, and ensure equipment readiness while following infection control standards. Certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Aufgaben

• Assess respiratory status and determine need for interventions.
• Deliver oxygen, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance therapies across settings.
• Manage ventilation and airway placement, monitor responses, and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients and families, support the care team, and assist with newborn stabilization when needed.
• Maintain and prepare respiratory equipment, ensure readiness and infection control.
