Qualifications

• :// 1) Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and a respiratory therapy program graduate, 2) Arkansas license to practice respiratory care and RRT credential, 3) BLS mandatory, ACLS within 6 months, PALS/NRP preferred, 4) capable of working under pressure and as part of a healthcare team, 5) 1–2+ years hospital/ICU experience preferred, 6) acute care and critical care exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders.
• Administer respiratory treatments and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on breathing techniques and equipment use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists on care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
