Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred depending on state.
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and healthcare services with safety and efficiency.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and shared spaces.
• Obtain vital signs and report health status changes.
• Follow OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS for chemical handling.
• Participate in meal preparation and service as directed, and assist with linen and clothing care.
