Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 15 years clinical assistive technology experience with complex patients and prescription of complex rehabilitation technology
• Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) credential
• Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) credential

Responsibilities

• Provide services in the Clinic Program – 100% focus in wheelchair seating and mobility within CIDE’s specialty outpatient clinic.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate assistive technology and participate in fittings, adjustments, programming, and training.
• Collaborate with CRT suppliers, manufacturing representatives, and other stakeholders to support the provision process.
• Maintain required clinic documentation and reports in a timely manner.
