Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence Rehabilitation Hospital East in El Paso, TX seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will perform direct patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN licensure, CPR/BLS; ACLS and CRRN preferred. Prior rehab/medical‑surgical experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Diploma program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessments and interventions.
• Document nursing activities accurately and timely.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement assessments.
