Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a PRN - flex schedule role. You will assess patients, design and modify treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes high-quality documentation, adherence to standards, and collaborative care within a nationwide network of rehabilitation services. Candidates must hold a PT license and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• One year’s experience preferred.
• State licensure in physical therapy.
• Heavy work: exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program participants and develop written treatment programs.
• Administer treatment programs and adjust as needed.
• Maintain documentation and billing summaries.
• Ensure adherence to licensure and ethics.
