Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• NBRC RRT credential.
• RCP license or eligibility in Idaho; BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required or eligible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Administer respiratory medications and therapies.
• Manage oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in codes.
• Educate patients and families about treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other caregivers to implement plans.
