Job summary

Centurion Health in Chillicothe, Missouri, is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem shifts at the Chillicothe Correctional Center. The RN will provide holistic care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Nursing Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include Missouri RN license, Associate's Degree, CPR and BLS, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Per diem shifts (as needed) with $37–$38 per hour and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Associate's Degree required
• Active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
