Centurion Health seeks a per-diem Registered Nurse at Potosi Correctional Center in Mineral Point, MO. The RN provides holistic nursing care within scope, under DON direction, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.

Required: Missouri RN license or ability to obtain, Associate’s degree, and CPR/BLS certification. Per-diem schedule with day shifts and shift differentials are offered, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Associates Degree required.
• Must be actively CPR and BLS certified.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess physical, psychological and social needs.
• Identify, assess and respond to a wide range of patient needs on a per-diem basis.

We are currently seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse to join our team at Potosi Correctional Center located in Mineral Point, Missouri.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Associates Degree required
• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
